Disposable breast pads to absorb milk leaks between feeds.
WHEN YOU'LL NEED IT
Your milk will usually come in on day 3-5 postpartum, and you’ll need breast pads. We recommend using these in the hospital, and the reusable Leak Proofers once you’re home, and have a washing machine to chuck them in.
HOW TO USE IT
Remove from wrapping and peel off the paper strip. Press the adhesive against the internal bra cup. Replace wherever you need to. Suitable for day or night use. Individually wrapped for hygiene and convenience.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
These contoured bamboo-lined breast pads will keep you comfortable, dry and leak free throughout your breastfeeding journey. The adhesive backing means they stay in place and, convenient for if you only need one, they are individually wrapped. Great to use in the hospital where you don’t have a washing machine handy, and for keeping in your baby bag for whenever you need them.

If you’re leaking, breast pads are a great way to keep your clothes dry, and your body comfortable. Change your breast pads regularly. If your nipples stay moist for long periods of time, the skin softens too much and becomes fragile. In the early days, you might need to change them over a couple of times a day, but as your milk supply settles and regulates, the need to change your breast pads should become less frequent. We recommend wearing Disposable Leak Proofers for convenience in the early days, then moving to Reusable Leak Proofers once your milk settles and it’s easier to have them on rotation in the washing machine.
What’s better, disposable or reusable?
Many women who breastfeed like to use Disposable Leak Proofers in the earlier days for convenience, but then switch to Reusable Leak Proofers as a more eco friendly option once milk settles.
How much milk do these catch?
A lot! However, Leak Proofers are designed to do exactly that, catch leaks. If you’re wanting to catch more milk, and use it for a later feed, we’d recommend wearing Milk Catchy’s.
How many packs will I need?
Take one pack of 40 in your hospital bag, then go from there.
