Welcome to the website of DUE for Mums ("Site"), provided by TheMemo Pty Ltd ("the memo" or "we" or "us"). The following Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, any other terms and conditions and policies which you may find throughout our Site (such as our Returns & Exchanges Policy) in connection with certain functionality, features or promotions, and any other laws or regulations which apply to the Site, collectively govern usage of the Site, our related websites, and the products and services provided therein (collectively "Terms and Conditions").
We encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions, and consult our Help section if you have any particular questions in relation to browsing and shopping online with us. By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You may be accessing the Site from a computer or mobile device and these Terms of Use govern your use of the Site, regardless of the means of access.
CURRENCY AND PRICING
Prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to the Site or other form of notification.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order or booking. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Acceptance of your order, and completion of the contract between you and the memo will be completed when we (or our authorised agents) email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched and have been handed over to the designated carrier. Completion of orders is subject to availability of the goods and/or services. The contract for the supply of goods or provision of services (as the context permits) is concluded in Victoria, Australia.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock, the services are unavailable or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out, or otherwise contemplated, within the Terms and Conditions.
DUE reserves the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
DUE reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item, or restrict the number of items being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
INTENDED USE
By placing an order with the memo you agree to use the products or services only for their intended purpose. If you use the products or services for any other purpose you will assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of this use.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products and services on the Site, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product or service descriptions, colours, ingredients, information or other content available on or via the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, available or error-free.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Standard delivery (2-5 days) for $12.95. Express Shipping (1-2 days) for $16.95.
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline, and subject to change based on order volume, promotional periods, wild weather or unforeseen/unavailable events beyond DUE's reasonable control.
OFFER CODES
Your offer code is valid for one transaction only on orders within Australia. Codes are valid only for the period specified and will end at 11.59pm AEST on the end date. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel promotional codes for any reason at any time. Promotional codes are and remain at all times, the property of TheMemo Pty Ltd. The contents of our website, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our Site) use by its users.

SECURITY
When purchasing from the memo your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 256-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. EMAIL DATABASE SIGN UP
By providing your email address or mobile number and agreeing to receive marketing communications you agree your email address, mobile number and any other personal information will be safely stored in our database. MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
The DUE mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by TheMemo Pty Ltd (“TheMemo Pty Ltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to TheMemo Pty Ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of TheMemo Pty Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with TheMemo Pty Ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to The Memo or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. For Service support or assistance, text HELP to The Memo or email customercare@dueformums.com.
We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

SALE
Sale items are available while stock lasts. Available on selected products only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Prices are as marked. Promotional pricing cannot be applied to any purchase that is made after the promotional period ends and cannot be redeemed against prior purchases or a pre-existing pre-order. Please choose carefully as sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, unless faulty. For faulty items, we will offer either an exchange or refund.

Conditions
You will be eligible for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit if your item is in new, unused and resalable condition and purchased within 30 days.
How to return an item
Step 1 - Write to our team at customercare@dueformums.com to request approval for your return. This step is important, as returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Once approved, a fee of $14.95 is required to receive your pre-paid return label.
Step 2 - Package your item carefully and attach the pre-paid return label.
Step 3 - Head to your closest collection point and send your package back to us.
Step 4 - If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be processed back to your original payment. If your return does not meet our return conditions, we will issue a credit instead of a refund.
Exceptions
Exceptions will be granted if DUE is at fault, for example any faulty products or dispatch errors. If you have received a faulty item please contact us via customercare@dueformums.com with your order number and images of the fault.
