We offer speedy delivery with same day dispatch.
Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Mon-Fri are dispatched on the same day. All other orders (including orders made on weekends and public holidays) are dispatched next business day.
(Please note that during sale periods, dispatch times can vary).
Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days from dispatch
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days from dispatch

Standard Delivery: $12.95
Express Delivery: $16.95
You will be eligible for Refund or Exchange if your item is in new, unused and resalable condition and purchased within 30 days.
Step 1 – Write to our team at customercare@dueformums.com to receive your RA
Step 2 – Package your item carefully and attach the shipping label with RA reference emailed to you
Step 3 – Head to your closest collection point and send your parcel back to us. Returns without an authorisation will not be accepted.
