Returns and Exchanges

Conditions

You will be eligible for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit if your item is in new, unused and resalable condition and purchased within 30 days.

How to return an item

Step 1 - Write to our team at customercare@dueformums.com to request approval for your return. This step is important, as returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Once approved, a fee of $14.95 is required to receive your pre-paid return label.

Step 2 - Package your item carefully and attach the pre-paid return label. 

Step 3 - Head to your closest collection point and send your package back to us.

Step 4 - If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be processed back to your original payment. If your return does not meet our return conditions, we will issue a credit instead of a refund.

Exceptions

Exceptions will be granted if DUE is at fault, for example any faulty products or dispatch errors. If you have received a faulty item please contact us via customercare@dueformums.com with your order number and images of the fault.
