Belly Band

Extra support for when you’re carrying the most (or recovering from it). This compression belly band can be used in two ways: In pregnancy it wraps under and around your belly to help your body carry the additional weight of the baby bump, taking pressure off your lower abdomen and back. In postpartum, it can provide targeted compression to reduce swelling, aiding stability and supporting the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor as they recover. 

WHEN YOU'LL NEED IT

Can be worn any time during pregnancy or postpartum, but will be particularly helpful in the third trimester (when you’re carrying the most weight) and early postpartum (when the bulk of recovery is happening).

HOW TO USE IT

Wrap the wide velcro band around your waist and fasten with the velcro panel. It should be firm, but not tight. Then, pull open the smaller bands then stretch and fasten each under your bump. For postpartum, pull the smaller bands around the middle of your waist for added compression. Wear over underwear and under or over clothes (whatever is most comfortable).
